novah is an AI coaching companion built on the ICF Core Competencies and shaped by years of senior coaching practice inside STEM and technical organizations.
It extends the work of human coaching: reinforcing insights between sessions, there at the moment of need, at 11pm before the hard conversation. And for the leaders who never had access to coaching at all, it opens the door.
novah is live with its founding cohort now. It will only ever be as good as the community shaping it. That’s where you come in.
